The Education (LEA Financial Schemes) (Wales) Regulations 200418 are amended as follows.

In the title of the Regulations and in regulation 1(1) for “LEA” substitute “Local Authority”.

In regulations 2(2), 4, 5 and 6 and in the Schedule for “local education authority” in each place where those words occur substitute “local authority”.

In paragraph 9 of the Schedule for “LEA budget” substitute “non-schools education budget”.
