The Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Subordinate Legislation) (Wales) Order 2010

15.—(1) The Education (LEA Financial Schemes) (Wales) Regulations 2004(1) are amended as follows.E+W

(2) In the title of the Regulations and in regulation 1(1) for “LEA” substitute “Local Authority”.

(3) In regulations 2(2), 4, 5 and 6 and in the Schedule for “local education authority” in each place where those words occur substitute “local authority”.

(4) In paragraph 9 of the Schedule for “LEA budget” substitute “non-schools education budget”.
