The Local Education Authorities and Children’s Services Authorities (Integration of Functions) (Subordinate Legislation) (Wales) Order 2010

2.—(1) The Education (School Attendance Order) Regulations 1995(1) are amended as follows.E+W

(2) In regulation 2(2) for “local education authority” substitute “local authority”.

(3) In the Schedule omit “Local Education Authority” and “Education Authority”.
