Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Cymorth Mabwysiadu (Awdurdodau Lleol) (Cymru) 2005

14.—(1) Diwygir Rheoliadau Gwasanaethau Cymorth Mabwysiadu (Awdurdodau Lleol) (Cymru) 2005(1) fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliad 2 hepgorer y diffiniad o “awdurdod addysg lleol”.

(3) Yn rheoliad 5(1) hepgorer is-baragraff (dd).

(4) Yn lle rheoliad 8(4) rhodder—

“(4) Pan fydd paragraff (1) yn gymwys a'i bod yn ymddangos i'r awdurdod lleol—

(a)y gall fod angen darparu gwasanaethau ar gyfer y person yr asesir ei anghenion gan fwrdd iechyd lleol, Ymddiriedolaeth GIG neu Ymddiriedolaeth Gofal Sylfaenol; neu

(b)y gall fod angen darparu unrhyw wasanaethau ar gyfer y person hwnnw sy'n dod o fewn swyddogaethau addysg (o fewn ystyr adran 579(1) o Ddeddf Addysg 1996) awdurdod lleol arall,

rhaid i'r awdurdod lleol, fel rhan o'r asesiad, ymgynghori â'r bwrdd iechyd lleol hwnnw, yr Ymddiriedolaeth GIG honno, yr Ymddiriedolaeth Gofal Sylfaenol honno neu'r awdurdod lleol hwnnw.”.

(5) Yn rheoliad 10—

(a)ym mharagraff (3) yn lle “swyddogaethau awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “swyddogaethau addysg (o fewn ystyr adran 579(1) o Ddeddf Addysg 1996) awdurdod lleol arall” ac yn lle “neu awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “neu awdurdod lleol”; a

(b)ym mharagraff (5)(c) yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “awdurdod lleol”.

(6) Yn rheoliad 13(2) yn lle “awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “awdurdod lleol arall” ac yn lle “yr awdurdod addysg lleol” rhodder “yr awdurdod lleol arall”.
