Provisions coming into force on 8 May 20103
8 May 2010 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2009 Act:
a
section 27 (regulation of lap dancing and other sexual entertainment venues etc) so far as is not already in force;
b
Schedule 3 (lap dancing and other sexual entertainment venues etc: transitional provision) so far as not already in force;
c
paragraph 23 of Schedule 7 (amendment to the 2003 Act).
