Hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol

11.—(1) Caiff arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno hysbysiad (“hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol”) (“veterinary improvement notice”) i geidwad anifail buchol, sy'n gwneud yn ofynnol bod y ceidwad, erbyn dyddiad a bennir yn yr hysbysiad, yn gwneud pethau neu ymatal rhag gwneud pethau, at y diben o atal clefyd rhag lledaenu ac, yn benodol, caiff osod y gofynion a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (2).

(2) Mae'r gofynion y ceir eu gosod drwy gyfrwng hysbysiad gwella milfeddygol yn cynnwys—

(a)codi ffensys (gan gynnwys clwydi a chamfeydd);

(b)mabwysiadu dulliau effeithiol o allgáu grwpiau o anifeiliaid o rannau penodedig o'r fangre;

(c)diogelu silwair, storfeydd bwydydd anifeiliaid a mannau bwydo rhag bywyd gwyllt, gan gynnwys adar;

(ch)cymryd camau rhesymol i sicrhau bod y bobl sy'n mynd ar dir y ceidwad yn gweithredu rhagofalon rhesymol rhag lledaenu clefyd.
