Darpariaeth bellach am strategaethau

9.—(1) Rhaid i strategaeth gwmpasu cyfnod o dair blynedd.

(2) Rhaid i bob awdurdod dynodedig adolygu ei strategaeth ar ôl 18 mis a chyn paratoi strategaeth newydd.

(3) Rhaid i bob awdurdod dynodedig baratoi strategaeth newydd i'w chyflwyno i Weinidogion Cymru dim mwy na thair blynedd ar ôl i'r strategaeth flaenorol gael ei chyflwyno i'w chymeradwyo.

(4) Rhaid i bob strategaeth olynol gael ei chyhoeddi.

(5) Rhaid i awdurdodau dynodedig ddarparu adroddiad blynyddol i Weinidogion Cymru sy'n esbonio sut y maent yn rhoi eu strategaeth ar waith a'i monitro.

(6) Os yw awdurdod dynodedig yn cynnig diwygio ei strategaeth yn sylweddol, rhaid iddo gyflwyno fersiwn ddiwygiedig ddrafft i Weinidogion Cymru i'w chymeradwyo.

(7) Rhaid cyhoeddi'r strategaeth yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg oni bai nad yw'n rhesymol ymarferol i wneud hynny.
