Cymhwyso amrywiol ddarpariaethau'r Ddeddf

27.—(1) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn gyda'r addasiad bod unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y darpariaethau hynny at y Ddeddf neu Ran ohoni i'w ddehongli fel cyfeiriad at y Rheoliadau hyn—

(a)adran 2 (ehangu ystyr “sale” etc.);

(b)adran 30(8) (dadansoddi etc. samplau)(1).

(2) Wrth gymhwyso adran 32 o'r Ddeddf (pwerau mynediad) at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn, mae'r cyfeiriad yn y Ddeddf at is-adran (1) i'w ddehongli fel un sy'n cynnwys cyfeiriad at Reoliad 1935/2004, Rheoliad 1895/2005, Rheoliad 2023/2006, Rheoliad 450/2009 neu Reoliad 10/2011 fel y bo'n briodol.

(3) Mae darpariaethau canlynol y Ddeddf yn gymwys at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn gyda'r addasiad bod unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y darpariaethau hynny at y Ddeddf i'w ddehongli fel un sy'n cynnwys cyfeiriad at Reoliad 1935/2004, Rheoliad 1895/2005, Rheoliad 2023/2006, Rheoliad 450/2009 neu Reoliad 10/2011, fel y bo'n briodol, ac at y Rheoliadau hyn—

(a)adran 3 (rhagdybiaethau bod bwyd wedi ei fwriadu i'w fwyta gan bobl) gyda'r addasiadau y bernir bod y cyfeiriadau at “sold” a “sale” yn rhai sy'n cynnwys cyfeiriadau at “placed on the market” a “placing on the market” yn ôl eu trefn;

(b)adran 44 (amddiffyn swyddogion sy'n gweithredu'n ddidwyll).
