Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi'u dynodi(1) at ddibenion adran 2(2) o Ddeddf Cymunedau Ewropeaidd 1972(2) mewn perthynas â pholisi amaethyddol cyffredin yr UE, ac maent yn gwneud y Rheoliadau hyn drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan yr adran honno.

Enwi, cymhwyso a chychwyn

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Dosbarthu Carcasau Eidion a Moch (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2012.

(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru.

(3) Daw'r Rheoliadau hyn i rym ar 18 Ebrill 2012.

Dehongli

2.  Yn y Rheoliadau hyn, ystyr “Rheoliadau 2011” (“the 2011 Regulations”) yw Rheoliadau Dosbarthu Carcasau Eidion a Moch (Cymru) 2011(3).

Diwygio rheoliad 2(1) o Reoliadau 2011

3.  Yn rheoliad 2(1) o Reoliadau 2011, yn y testun Cymraeg, ar ôl y diffiniad o “darpariaeth eidion Ewropeaidd” (“European beef provision”), mewnosoder—

  • “ystyr “darpariaeth moch Ewropeaidd” (“European pig provision”) yw darpariaeth a bennir yng ngholofn 2 o Atodlen 2, y disgrifir ei chynnwys yng ngholofn 3 o'r Atodlen honno;”.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Dosbarthu Carcasau Eidion a Moch (Cymru) 2011 (O.S. 2011/1826 (Cy.198)) (“Rheoliadau 2011”).

Yn benodol mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio adran 2(1) yn y testun Cymraeg o Reoliadau 2011 i fewnosod diffiniad o “darpariaeth moch Ewropeaidd” (“European pig provision”).
