Diwygiadau i Reoliadau Awdurdodau Lleol (Rheolau Sefydlog) (Cymru) 2006

6.  Yn lle rheoliad 7 (rheolau sefydlog yn ymwneud â staff) rhodder—

“Rheolau sefydlog yn ymwneud â staff

7.—(1) Lle bo gan awdurdod perthnasol reolau sefydlog yn ymgorffori darpariaethau’r Rheoliadau hyn a grybwyllir ym mharagraff (2), rhaid i’r swyddogaethau y cyfeirir atynt yn y paragraff hwnnw gael eu harfer gan yr awdurdod ei hun ac yn unol â hynny ni fydd adran 101 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol 1972 (trefniadau ar gyfer cyflawni swyddogaethau gan awdurdodau lleol)(1) yn gymwys i arfer y swyddogaethau hynny.

(2) Y darpariaethau yw—

(a)paragraff 4(1) o Ran 1 o Atodlen 3 a pharagraff 4(1) o Ran 2 o Atodlen 3 yn ymwneud â’r swyddogaeth o gymeradwyo penodi neu ddiswyddo pennaeth gwasanaeth taledig yr awdurdod; a

(b)paragraff 6 o Ran 1 o Atodlen 3 a pharagraff 6 o Ran 2 o Atodlen 3 yn ymwneud â’r swyddogaeth o bennu lefel y gydnabyddiaeth ariannol sydd i’w thalu i brif swyddog, ac unrhyw newid i’r lefel honno.”
