The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995E+W

1.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 M1 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 3—

(a)in paragraph (10), for “2016”, substitute “ 2017 ”; and

(b)in paragraphs (10) and (11)—

(i)for “regulation 4(8)” substitute “ regulation 5(11) ”;

(ii)for “regulation 6(6)” substitute “ regulation 7(6) ”; and

(iii)for “regulation 4(4)” substitute “ regulation 5(4) ”.
