Provisions coming into force on 22 October 2018

2.  The appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Planning (Wales) Act 2015 is 22 October 2018—

(a)sections 52 and 53 (so far as those sections are not already in force); and

(b)Schedule 6.
