Title, commencement, application and interpretation
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Special Guardianship (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and they come into force on 2 July 2018.
(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2005 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 2005”) means the Special Guardianship (Wales) Regulations 2005(1).
