Title, commencement and extent

1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the Household Waste Duty of Care (Fixed Penalties) (Wales) Regulations 2019.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
