The title of these Regulations is the Waste (Wales) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.

They come into force as follows—
a
as regards this Part and Part 2, 21 days after the day on which they are laid;
b
as regards the remainder, on exit day.
