Cywiro mân wallau mewn papurau enwebu neu ffurflenni cyfeiriad cartref

16.—(1) Caiff swyddog canlyniadau, unrhyw bryd cyn cyhoeddi’r datganiad o’r personau a enwebwyd, gywiro mân wallau mewn papur enwebu neu ffurflen cyfeiriad cartref.

(2) Mae’r gwallau y caniateir eu cywiro yn cynnwys—

(a)gwallau o ran rhif etholiadol person;

(b)gwallau sillafu amlwg;

(c)gwallau o ran yr wybodaeth a roddwyd yn unol â rheol 9(7) (gwybodaeth y mae’n rhaid ei chynnwys pan fo’r ymgeisydd wedi datgan na chaniateir cyhoeddi’r cyfeiriad cartref).

(3) Ni chaniateir i unrhyw beth a wneir gan swyddog canlyniadau yn unol â’r rheol hon gael ei amau mewn unrhyw achos heblaw achos ar ddeiseb etholiad.

(4) Wrth benderfynu a ddylid cywiro mân wallau o dan y rheol hon, rhaid i swyddog canlyniadau roi sylw i unrhyw ganllawiau a roddwyd gan y Comisiwn Etholiadol at ddibenion y rheol hon.
