Archwilio ffurflenni cyfeiriad cartref

18.—(1) Yn ystod yr amser ar gyfer archwilio, caniateir i ffurflen cyfeiriad cartref ymgeisydd sy’n dal wedi ei enwebu gael ei harchwilio gan unrhyw un neu ragor o’r canlynol sy’n dymuno ei harchwilio—

(a)ymgeisydd arall sy’n dal wedi ei enwebu yn yr un ward etholiadol;

(b)asiant etholiadol ymgeisydd arall sy’n dal wedi ei enwebu yn y ward honno;

(c)yn achos ymgeisydd arall sy’n dal wedi ei enwebu yn y ward honno ac sy’n gweithredu fel ei asiant etholiadol ei hun, person arall a ddewisir gan yr ymgeisydd hwnnw.

(2) Ym mharagraff (1), ystyr “yr amser ar gyfer archwilio” yw oriau swyddfa arferol ar unrhyw ddiwrnod ar ôl y diwrnod olaf ar gyfer danfon papurau enwebu a chyn diwrnod y bleidlais, ac eithrio diwrnod eithriedig.

(3) Ni chaiff ymgeisydd neu berson arall sy’n cynnal archwiliad o dan y rheol hon gymryd copi o ffurflen cyfeiriad cartref na chodi dyfyniadau ohoni.

(4) Ni chaiff y swyddog canlyniadau ganiatáu i ffurflen cyfeiriad cartref gael ei harchwilio heblaw yn unol â’r rheol hon neu at ryw ddiben arall a awdurdodir gan y gyfraith.
