Gohirio trafodion enwebu os ceir terfysg

19.—(1) Mae’r rheol hon yn gymwys os torrir ar draws trafodion ar gyfer enwebu, neu mewn cysylltiad ag enwebu, neu os rhwystrir y trafodion hynny, ar unrhyw ddiwrnod gan derfysg neu drais agored.

(2) Rhaid rhoi’r gorau i’r trafodion am y diwrnod hwnnw.

(3) Os y diwrnod olaf ar gyfer danfon papurau enwebu yw’r diwrnod y rhoddir y gorau i’r trafodion, rhaid ailddechrau’r trafodion drannoeth.

(4) Pan fo paragraff (3) yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol bod y trafodion yn ailddecrhau drannoeth, mae’r dyddiadau cau a bennir yn ail golofn yr amserlen yn rheol 1 ar gyfer danfon papurau enwebu, danfon hysbysiadau tynnu ymgeisyddiaeth yn ôl a chyhoeddi’r datganiad o’r personau a enwebwyd i gyd yn cael eu hymestyn un diwrnod.

(5) Pan roddir y gorau i drafodion o dan y rheol hon—

(a)ni chaniateir i ddim byd gael ei wneud ar ôl ailddechrau’r trafodion os oedd yr amser ar gyfer ei wneud wedi mynd heibio pan roddwyd y gorau i’r trafodion, a

(b)nid yw dim byd a wnaed cyn rhoi’r gorau i’r trafodion yn annilys oherwydd rhoi’r gorau iddynt.
