Penodi swyddogion llywyddu a chlercod

30.—(1) Rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau benodi a thalu—

(a)swyddog llywyddu i fod yn bresennol ym mhob gorsaf bleidleisio, a

(b)unrhyw nifer o glercod sy’n angenrheidiol at ddibenion y bleidlais neu’r cyfrif neu fel arall at ddibenion yr etholiad.

(2) Ni chaiff y swyddog canlyniadau benodi’n fwriadol yn swyddog llywyddu neu glerc berson a gyflogwyd gan neu ar ran ymgeisydd mewn cysylltiad â’r etholiad.

(3) Caiff y swyddog canlyniadau lywyddu mewn gorsaf bleidleisio.

(4) Pan fo’r swyddog canlyniadau yn llywyddu mewn gorsaf bleidleisio, mae’r rheolau hyn yn gymwys i’r swyddog canlyniadau sy’n llywyddu felly gyda’r addasiadau angenrheidiol o ran pethau a wneir gan y swyddog canlyniadau mewn perthynas â’r swyddog llywyddu neu gan y swyddog llywyddu mewn perthynas â’r swyddog canlyniadau.

(5) Caiff swyddog llywyddu awdurdodi’r clercod i wneud unrhyw beth (gan gynnwys gofyn cwestiynau) y mae’r rheolau hyn yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i’r swyddog llywyddu ei wneud neu’n awdurdodi’r swyddog llywyddu i’w wneud mewn gorsaf bleidleisio, ac eithrio gorchymyn i unrhyw berson gael ei wahardd neu ei symud o’r orsaf bleidleisio.

(6) Pan nad y swyddog canlyniadau cydlynol yw’r swyddog canlyniadau, gweler hefyd reoliadau 4 a 5 o’r Rheoliadau Cyfuno Pleidleisiau (sy’n darparu ar gyfer amgylchiadau lle mae swyddogaethau’r swyddog canlyniadau o dan y rheol hon mewn perthynas â phenodi swyddogion llywyddu a chlercod i gael eu cyflawni gan y swyddog canlyniadau cydlynol).
