33.—(1) Cyn i’r bleidlais ddechrau, caiff ymgeisydd benodi—
(a)asiantau pleidleisio i fod yn bresennol mewn gorsafoedd pleidleisio er mwyn canfod cambersonadu, a
(b)asiantau cyfrif i fod yn bresennol wrth i’r pleidleisiau gael eu cyfrif.
(2) Caniateir i’r un person gael ei benodi’n asiant pleidleisio neu’n asiant cyfrif gan fwy nag un ymgeisydd.
(3) Uchafswm yr asiantau pleidleisio a gaiff fod yn bresennol mewn gorsaf bleidleisio yw pedwar neu unrhyw nifer uwch a ganiateir gan y swyddog canlyniadau drwy hysbysiad.
(4) Os yw nifer yr asiantau pleidleisio a benodir i fod yn bresennol mewn gorsaf bleidleisio benodol yn fwy na phedwar (neu unrhyw nifer uwch a ganiateir gan y swyddog canlyniadau drwy hysbysiad)—
(a)rhaid i’r swyddog canlyniadau benderfynu pa asiantau y caniateir iddynt fod yn bresennol drwy fwrw coelbren, a
(b)dim ond yr asiantau y mae’r coelbren yn mynd o’u plaid sydd i’w trin fel pe baent wedi eu penodi.
(5) Caiff y swyddog canlyniadau osod terfyn ar nifer yr asiantau cyfrif y caniateir i bob ymgeisydd eu penodi ond rhaid i’r terfyn—
(a)bod yr un fath ar gyfer pob un o’r ymgeiswyr, a
(b)oni bai bod amgylchiadau arbennig, beidio â bod yn llai na’r nifer a geir drwy rannu nifer y clercod a gyflogir yn y cyfrif â nifer yr ymgeiswyr (gan anwybyddu unrhyw weddill).
(6) At ddibenion y cyfrifiadau sy’n ofynnol gan baragraff (5), mae asiant cyfrif a benodwyd ar gyfer mwy nag un ymgeisydd yn asiant ar wahân ar gyfer pob un o’r ymgeiswyr y’i penodwyd ganddynt.
(7) Rhaid i’r ymgeisydd roi hysbysiad i’r swyddog canlyniadau cydlynol pan benodir asiantau pleidleisio neu asiantau cyfrif.
(8) Rhaid i’r hysbysiad—
(a)rhoi enwau a chyfeiriadau’r personau a benodwyd, a
(b)cael ei roi dim hwyrach na’r pumed diwrnod cyn diwrnod y bleidlais, gan ddiystyru unrhyw ddiwrnod eithriedig.
(9) Os bydd asiant pleidleisio neu asiant cyfrif yn marw neu’n dod yn analluog i weithredu—
(a)caiff yr ymgeisydd benodi asiant arall yn ei le, a
(b)rhaid i’r ymgeisydd roi hysbysiad i’r swyddog canlyniadau cydlynol ar unwaith yn datgan enw a chyfeiriad yr asiant arall.
