In the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015(1), in section 22 (care provider offence: excluded care providers), in subsection (5), in paragraph (a) for the words from “section 29(6)(a)” to the end substitute “section 107 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021 (asc 1) (direction that a function be performed by the Welsh Ministers or their nominee)”.
