16. In Schedule 2 to the Local Government Act 1988(1) (public supply or works contracts: the public authorities), at the end of the list headed “Public authorities” insert—
“A corporate joint committee established by regulations under Part 5 of the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Act 2021.”
