The Learning and Skills (Wales) Measure 2009 is amended as follows.

In section 35 (the local curriculum: interpretation), omit the definition of “fourth key stage” in section 33N(1) of the Learning and Skills Act 2000.

In section 43 (the learning pathway document), in subsection (2), in paragraph (a), omit “section 116E(1) of the Education Act 2002 or”.

In the Schedule (minor and consequential amendments)—

omit the italic heading before paragraph 21;
b
omit paragraphs 21 and 22.
