The Agricultural Advisory Panel for Wales, in accordance with their functions under article 3(2)(b) of the Agricultural Advisory Panel for Wales (Establishment) Order 20161 have prepared an agricultural wages order in draft, consulted on the order and submitted it to the Welsh Ministers for approval.
The Welsh Ministers have approved the draft agricultural wages order in accordance with section 4(1)(a) of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 20142.
The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3, 4(1) and 17 of the Agricultural Sector (Wales) Act 2014, make the following Order.
