The Land Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (Northern Ireland) 1932 (c. 16 (N.I.))

In section 2(1) for “Ministries of Northern Ireland Act, 1921” substitute “Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999”.

The Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 (c. 17 (N.I.))

In section 204 for “section 3 of the Ministries of Northern Ireland Act (Northern Ireland) 1921” substitute “Article 7 of the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999”.

The Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (NI 12)

In Article 4(2)(a) for “section 1(3) of the Ministries of Northern Ireland Act (Northern Ireland) 1921” substitute “Article 4(2) of the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999”.

In Schedule 2—

(a)at the appropriate places in alphabetical order insert—

3.  The reference to the Department of Finance and Personnel includes the General Register Office, the Land Registry, the Registry of Deeds and the Commissioner of Valuation.”.
