(b)For minibuses of a type mentioned in regulation 50 of the Construction and Use Regulations, the requirements specified in Schedules 6 and 7 to those Regulations.
(c)The requirements of the Community Recording Equipment Regulations in so far as they relate to the installation of recording equipment and the seals to be attached to such equipment.
THE PRESCRIBED STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS FOR VEHICLES IN CLASS VIA
