Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 2000 (Consequential Amendments) Order 2001 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
Consequential amendments
2. The enactments specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby amended as specified in that Schedule.
