159Employers liability
Regional, islands and district councils shall not require to effect any insurance under the [1969 c. 57.] Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969, and accordingly in section 3(2) of that Act (employers exempted from insurance), for the words " county, town " there shall be substituted the words " regional, islands ".
