160Employment of young persons
The local authority for the purposes of Part I of the [1938 c. 69.] Young Persons (Employment) Act 1938 shall be an islands council or a district council; and accordingly in section 10(2) of that Act (application to Scotland) for the words from " the county council" to " or a town council" there shall be substituted the words " an islands council or a district council, and any expenses incurred by the council ".
