The Child Care Act 1980 (c. 5)
39The amendment made to section 106(2)(a) of the [1963 c. 37.] Children and Young Persons Act 1963 by paragraph 26 of Schedule 5 to the Child Care Act 1980 shall continue to have effect regardless of the repeal of the Act of 1980 by this Act.
