I, William Allen Viscount Jowitt, Lord High Chancellor of Great Britain, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by sections 5 and 25 of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act, 1951, section 17 of the Increase of Rent and Mortgage Interest (Restrictions) Act, 1920, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby make the following Rules:—
