SCHEDULE

Provisions of the Public Order Act 1986 Coming into Force on 1st January 1987

3. Section 38Contamination of or interference with goods with the intention of causing public alarm or anxiety, etc.
4. (1) Section 40(1)Amendments in Schedule 1 to the 1986 Act.
(2) Section 40(2), insofar as it gives effect to paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 2 to the 1986 Act.Amendments in paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 2 to the 1986 Act.
(3) Section 40(3), insofar as it gives effect to the entries in Schedule 3 to the 1986 Act mentioned in paragraph 10 below.Repeal of enactments mentioned in Schedule 3 to the 1986 Act to the extent indicated in paragraph 10 below.

the Erith Tramways and Improvement Act 1903,

the Middlesex County Council Act 1944,

the County of South Glamorgan Act 1976,

the West Midlands County Council Act 1980,

the Cheshire County Council Act 1980,

the Isle of Wight Act 1980

the Greater Manchester Act 1981

the East Sussex Act 1981,

section 62(10) of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982,

the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985.
