In exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 183(3), (6) and (9), 186 and 301(6) and paragraphs 12 and 14 of Schedule 11 to the Education Act 1993(1), the Secretary of State for Education as respects England, and the Secretary of State for Wales, as respects Wales hereby make the following Regulations:

1993 c. 35; for matters to be prescribed and the definition of “regulations” see section 305(1) of this Act.
