1991 c. 48. Section 29(3) was substituted, and section 29(3A) was inserted, by the Welfare Reform Act 2009 (c. 24). Section 32C was inserted by section 22 of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 (c. 6) (“the 2008 Act”). Section 54 is cited because of the meaning given to the word “prescribed”. Section 55 was substituted by section 42 of the 2008 Act.
