Pwerau i gael mynediad ac i archwilio

24.—(1) Caiff person awdurdodedig fynd ar unrhyw dir, heblaw tir sy'n cael ei ddefnyddio yn annedd yn unig, sydd, neu y mae'n credu'n rhesymol ei fod—

(a)yn cael ei feddiannu gan geisydd neu ei ddefnyddio ganddo neu ganddi i gadw anifeiliaid buchol; neu

(b)yn cael ei ddefnyddio ar gyfer lladd-dy, neu mewn cysylltiad ag un.

(2) Caiff person awdurdodedig sydd wedi mynd ar unrhyw dir yn rhinwedd y rheoliad hwn—

(a)archwilio a dilysu arwynebedd y tir neu unrhyw ran ohono;

(b)archwilio unrhyw adeilad, strwythur neu offer, gan gynnwys offer pwyso, ar y tir;

(c)archwilio a chyfrif unrhyw anifeiliaid buchol ar y tir a darllen eu tagiau clust neu eu marciau adnabod eraill;

(ch)archwilio unrhyw garcas, neu ran o garcas, o unrhyw anifail buchol ar y tir;

(d)gwneud unrhyw weithgaredd arall sy'n fesur rheoli penodedig; ac

(dd)archwilio'r tir er mwyn penderfynu a yw wedi'i orbori neu a oes dulliau bwydo atodol anaddas wedi'u defnyddio arno.

(3) Caiff person awdurdodedig sy'n mynd ar dir yn rhinwedd y rheoliad hwn fynd ag unrhyw bersonau eraill sy'n gweithredu o dan ei gyfarwyddiadau y mae'n credu bod eu hangen gydag ef neu hi.
