Tramgwyddo

27.  Bydd yn drosedd i berson—

(a)methu â chydymffurfio â rheoliad 22 heb esgus rhesymol;

(b)os yw cofrestriad lladd-dy ar gyfer cigydda anifeiliaid premiwm wedi'i ddileu, gwneud y canlynol heb esgus rhesymol—

(i)methu â chaniatáu i berson awdurdodedig ddodi copi o'r hysbysiad dileu yno mewn man amlwg y mae'n hawdd i bob person sy'n dod ag anifeiliaid i'r lladd-dy ei weld; neu

(ii)methu â chadw'r copi hwnnw o'r hysbysiad dileu yn y fan honno mewn cyflwr clir a darllenadwy nes bod blwyddyn o ddyddiad y dileu wedi dod i ben neu nes i'r lladd-dy gael ei gofrestru eto, p'un bynnag fydd gyntaf, neu newid neu ddifwyno'r hysbysiad;

(c)rhwystro person awdurdodedig yn fwriadol wrth iddo arfer pŵ er a roddir gan reoliad 24 neu 25;

(ch)methu, heb esgus rhesymol, â chydymffurfio â gofyniad a wneir o dan reoliad 25 neu gais a wneir o dan reoliad 26; neu

(d)gwneud datganiad, yn fwriadol neu'n ddi-hid neu roi unrhyw wybodaeth sy'n ffug neu'n gamarweiniol mewn manylyn perthnasol os yw'r datganiad yn cael ei wneud neu os yw'r wybodaeth yn cael ei rhoi er mwyn sicrhau bod premiwm cigydda'n cael ei roi iddo'i hun neu i unrhyw berson arall.
