Terfyn amser ar gyfer erlyn

29.—(1) Gall achos ynglŷn â thramgwydd o dan reoliad 27, gael ei ddwyn, yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), o fewn y cyfnod o chwe mis o'r dyddiad y caiff yr erlynydd wybod am dystiolaeth sy'n ddigonol yn ei farn ef neu hi i haeddu achos.

(2) Ni all achos o'r fath gael ei ddwyn yn rhinwedd y rheoliad hwn fwy na deuddeng mis ar ôl i'r tramgwydd gael ei gyflawni.

(3) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, bydd tystysgrif a lofnodir gan neu ar ran yr erlynydd ac yn datgan y dyddiad y cafodd wybod am dystiolaeth a oedd yn ddigonol yn ei farn ef neu hi i haeddu'r achos yn dystiolaeth ddigamsyniol o'r ffaith honno.

(4) Bernir bod tystysgrif sy'n datgan y mater hwnnw ac sy'n ymhonni ei bod wedi'i llofnodi felly wedi'i llofnod felly oni phrofir i'r gwrthwyneb.
