Gweithdrefnau bridio

28.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i is-baragraff (2), rhaid peidio â defnyddio bridio neu weithdrefnau bridio naturiol neu artiffisial sy'n peri neu sy'n debygol o beri dioddefaint neu anaf i unrhyw un o'r anifeiliaid o dan sylw.

(2) Ni fydd is-baragraff (1) yn atal defnyddio gweithdrefnau bridio naturiol neu artiffisial sy'n debygol o beri'r dioddefaint neu'r anaf lleiaf posibl neu am ennyd neu rai a allai beri bod angen ymyriadau na fyddent yn peri anaf parhaol.
