Mae Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru yn gwneud y Gorchymyn canlynol drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd i'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol gan adrannau 24(3) a 30(1) o Ddeddf Addysg 1997(1) ac sydd bellach wedi'u breinio yng Nghynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru(2).

1997 p.44. Mewnosodwyd paragraff newydd (gg) yn is-adran (2) o adran 24 o'r Ddeddf honno gan is-adran (2) o adran 103 o Ddeddf Dysgu a Medrau 2000 (p.21) a diwygiwyd adran 30(2) o Ddeddf 1997 gan adran 103(3) o Ddeddf 2000 i gynnwys cyfeiriad at yr adran 24(2)(gg) newydd yn Neddf 1997.
