2.  Yn y Rheoliadau hyn —

ystyr “Rheoliad 104/2000” (“Regulation 104/2000”) yw Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 104/2000 ar gyd-drefniadaeth y marchnadoedd mewn cynhyrchion pysgodfeydd a chynhyrchion dyframaethu(1));

ystyr “Rheoliad 2065/2001” (“Regulation 2065/2001”) yw Rheoliad y Comisiwn (EC) Rhif 2065/2001 sy'n gosod rheolau manwl ar gyfer cymhwyso Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 104/2000 ynghylch hysbysu defnyddwyr ynglyn â chynhyrchion pysgodfeydd a chynhyrchion dyframaethu(2);

ac mae i unrhyw ymadroddion a ddefnyddir yn y Rheoliadau hyn yn Rheoliad 104/2000 neu Reoliad 2065/2001 yr un ystyr ag sydd iddynt yn y Rheoliadau hynny.
