Dirymu a darpariaethau trosiannol
11.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), mae Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Hysbysiadau Gorfodi ac Apelau) 1991(1) (“Rheoliadau 1991”) drwy hyn wedi'u dirymu i'r graddau eu bod yn gymwys i Gymru, heblaw rheoliad 10(2) o'r Rheoliadau hynny i'r graddau ei fod yn diwygio rheoliad 11 o Reoliadau Cynllunio (Adeiladau Rhestredig ac Ardaloedd Cadwraeth) 1990(2).
(2) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (3), mae Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Hysbysiadau Gorfodi ac Apelau) (Diwygio) 1992(3) drwy hyn wedi'u dirymu i'r graddau eu bod yn gymwys i Gymru.
(3) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (4), mae unrhyw apêl yr oedd Rheoliadau 1991 yn gymwys iddo ac na phenderfynwyd arno erbyn y dyddiad pan ddaw y rheoliadau hyn i rym i'w barhau o dan Reoliadau 1991.
(4) Os bydd apêl y mae Rheoliadau 1991 yn gymwys iddo yn cael ei ailgyflwyno wedi hynny i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol i'w ailbenderfynu mewn achos o flaen unrhyw lys, mae'r penderfyniad i'w ailbenderfynu yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn ac nid Rheoliadau 1991.
