Cyfyngu ar storio neu gludo

6.—(1) Ni chaiff neb storio na chludo unrhyw fwyd a arbelydrwyd er mwyn ei werthu—

(a)onid yw'r person hwnnw wedi'i drwyddedu mewn perthynas â'r bwyd; neu

(b)onid yw'r person hwnnw heb ei drwyddedu mewn perthynas â'r bwyd ac —

(i)pan fo'r bwyd wedi'i fewnforio i Gymru, bod gydag ef ddogfennau, neu gopïau o'r dogfennau, sy'n ofynnol mewn perthynas ag ef o dan reoliad 5(1)(ch) neu (d)(i); neu

(ii)pan fo'r arbelydru wedi digwydd yn y Deyrnas Unedig, bod gydag ef ddogfennau sy'n cynnwys datganiad bod y bwyd wedi'i arbelydru a dogfen neu gopi sy'n cynnwys yr wybodaeth a bennir ym mharagraff 9(1)(a) i (ch) a (2) o Ran 3 o Atodlen 2.

(2) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys i fwyd sydd wedi dod (yn ogystal â bwyd nad yw wedi dod) yn gynhwysyn bwyd arall.
