Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddynt gan adrannau 18(1) ac 204(1) o Ddeddf y Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol (Cymru) 2006(1(1)) ac, wedi cwblhau'r ymgynghoriad a ragnodwyd o dan adran 18(3) o'r Ddeddf honno, yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:

Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli

(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) (Diwygio) 2009 a daw i rym ar 1 Hydref 2009.

(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, ystyr “y prif Orchymyn” (“the principal Order”) yw Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993(2).

Diwygio erthygl 3 o'r prif Orchymyn

Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio ymhellach Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre (Sefydlu) 1993 er mwyn diwygio swyddogaethau Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre.

Mae swyddogaethau Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre wedi eu diwygio i gymryd i ystyriaeth arfer swyddogaethau iechyd cyhoeddus gan Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Iechyd Cyhoeddus Cymru a oedd yn arferadwy yn flaenorol gan Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Felindre.
