Cyflwyno dogfennau

50.—(1) Caniateir i unrhyw ddogfen y mae'n ofynnol neu yr awdurdodir ei chyflwyno i berson o dan y Rheoliadau hyn gael ei chyflwyno i'r person o dan sylw—

(a)drwy ei thraddodi i'r person hwnnw;

(b)yn achos person sy'n gorff corfforaethol ac eithrio partneriaeth atebolrwydd cyfyngedig, drwy ei thraddodi i'w ysgrifennydd yn swyddfa gofrestredig neu brif swyddfa'r corff corfforaethol, neu drwy ei hanfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig a gyfeirir at yr ysgrifennydd yn y swyddfa honno;

(c)yn achos person sy'n bartneriaeth atebolrwydd cyfyngedig, drwy ei thraddodi i aelod dynodedig o'r bartneriaeth yn swyddfa gofrestredig neu brif swyddfa'r bartneriaeth neu drwy ei hanfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig a gyfeirir at aelod dynodedig o'r bartneriaeth yn y swyddfa honno;

(ch)yn achos person sy'n bartneriaeth ac eithrio partneriaeth atebolrwydd cyfyngedig, drwy ei thraddodi i brif fan busnes y bartneriaeth; neu

(d)yn achos unrhyw berson arall, drwy ei gadael neu ei hanfon mewn llythyr rhagdaledig sydd wedi'i gyfeirio at y person hwnnw yn ei breswylfan arferol neu ei breswylfan hysbys ddiwethaf.

(2) Pan fo dogfen i'w chyflwyno i feddiannydd unrhyw fangre o dan y Rheoliadau hyn ac nad yw'n rhesymol ymarferol darganfod enw a chyfeiriad y person y dylid ei chyflwyno iddo, neu pan fo'r fangre heb ei meddiannu, caniateir i'r ddogfen gael ei chyflwyno drwy ei chyfeirio at y person o dan sylw yn rhinwedd ei swyddogaeth fel “meddiannydd” y fangre (gan enwi'r meddiannydd), ac—

(a)drwy ei thraddodi i ryw berson arall yn y fangre; a

(b)os nad oes unrhyw berson arall yn y fangre y gellir ei thraddodi iddo, drwy osod y ddogfen neu gopi ohoni ar ryw ran amlwg o'r fangre.
