Terfynau'r harbwr

22.—(1) Mae gan y Comisiynwyr y swyddogaethau a roddir iddynt gan y Gorchymyn hwn a phwerau awdurdod harbwr ac awdurdod goleudai lleol, a chânt arfer y swyddogaethau a'r pwerau hynny, o fewn yr ardal a gyfansoddir gan y canlynol—

(a)y gweithiau;

(b)y maes parcio; ac

(c)yr ardal islaw lefel y penllanw sydd â'i ffin yn llinell ddychmygol a dynnir o ben dwyreiniol eithaf Coppet Hall Point yng nghymuned Saundersfoot i gyfeiriad y de hyd at ben dwyreiniol eithaf Monkstone Point yng nghymuned St Mary out Liberty.

(2) Mae Atodlen 5 yn cynnwys map o'r harbwr, sy'n dangos yr ardal y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) wedi ei hamlinellu mewn gwyrdd.

(3) Caiff y Comisiynwyr ofyn am ffioedd a thaliadau eraill o dan erthygl 33 a Deddf 1964 o fewn yr ardal a gyfansoddir gan—

(a)y gweithiau;

(b)y maes parcio; ac

(c)cymaint o'r blaendraeth a gwely'r môr a amgaeir gan y gweithiau a llinell a dynnir o ben eithaf tua'r môr y morglawdd sy'n ymestyn, yn fras, i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain, hyd at yr ochr sy'n wynebu'r môr o'r morglawdd sy'n ymestyn, yn fras, i gyfeiriad y dwyrain-de-ddwyrain, ac a ddangosir â llinell goch doredig ar y map o'r harbwr.
