Mae William Cleevely, Rosemary Hayes, Jim Codd a Phil Baker, sef y personau sydd ar hyn o bryd yn rhedeg ymgymeriad harbwr Saundersfoot, wedi gwneud cais am orchymyn grymuso harbwr o dan adran 16 o Ddeddf Harbyrau 1964(1);

Ni wnaed unrhyw wrthwynebiad i'r cais yn unol â hysbysiad a gyhoeddwyd yn unol â pharagraff 10(1) o Atodlen 3 i Ddeddf Harbyrau 1964;

Mae Gweinidogion Cymru wedi eu bodloni fel y crybwyllir yn is-adran (5) o'r adran 16 a enwyd;

Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddir gan adran 16(2) o Ddeddf Harbyrau 1964 ac a freiniwyd bellach ynddynt hwy(2), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn:
