Dulliau bwydo atodol anaddas

9.—(1) Os bydd ceisydd, mewn unrhyw flwyddyn galendr, yn defnyddio dulliau bwydo atodol anaddas, caiff y Bwrdd—

(a)yn unol â pharagraff (2), leihau swm y premiwm cigydda a fyddai fel arall yn daladwy i'r ceisydd neu ei ddal yn ôl; neu

(b)os yw'r premiwm cigydda wedi'i dalu i'r ceisydd eisoes, adennill unrhyw bremiwm cigydda a dalwyd felly;

mewn perthynas ag anifeiliaid premiwm a gafodd eu cigydda yn y flwyddyn honno.

(2) Os na chafodd y ceisydd ei gosbi am ddefnyddio dulliau bwydo atodol anaddas o dan baragraff (1) neu o dan unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a bennir ym mharagraff (3) yn y flwyddyn galendr flaenorol, gall swm y premiwm cigydda y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (1) gael ei ostwng deg y cant; os cafodd y ceisydd ei gosbi felly yn y flwyddyn galendr flaenorol, ond nid yn y flwyddyn galendr cyn honno, gall y swm hwnnw gael ei ostwng ugain y cant; ac os cafodd y ceisydd ei gosbi felly ymhob un o'r ddwy flwyddyn galendr flaenorol, gall y swm hwnnw gael ei ddal yn ôl.

(3) Y darpariaethau y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (2) yw—

(a)rheoliad 12 o Reoliadau Cynllun Premiwm Arbennig Cig Eidion 1996;

(b)rheoliad 3B o Reoliadau Premiwm Buchod Sugno 1993; a

(c)rheoliad 3B o Reoliadau Premiwm Blynyddol Defaid 1992.
