12.  Caiff person awdurdodedig sy'n arfer pwerau mynediad o dan Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) 1968(1) at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn fynd â chynrychiolydd o'r Comisiwn Ewropeaidd gydag ef neu hi sy'n gweithredu at ddibenion —

(a)Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 88/166/EEC(2) sy'n nodi'r safonau gofynnol ar gyfer amddiffyn ieir dodwy a gedwir mewn cewyll batri;

(b)Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 91/629/EEC(3) sy'n nodi'r safonau gofynnol ar gyfer amddiffyn lloi fel y'i diwygiwyd gan y Gyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 97/2/EC(4)) a Phenderfyniad y Comisiwn 97/182/EC(5);

(c)Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 91/630/EEC(6)) sy'n nodi'r safonau gofynnol ar gyfer amddiffyn moch; neu

(ch)Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 98/58/EC(7) ynghylch amddiffyn anifeiliaid a gedwir at ddibenion ffermio;

yn ogystal ag unrhyw berson sy'n mynd gydag ef neu hi o dan y pwerau a ddarperir o dan adran 6(3) o'r Ddeddf honno.
