Tramgwyddau

13.—(1) Mae person sydd, heb awdurdod neu esgus cyfreithiol —

(a)yn torri neu'n methu â chydymffurfio ag unrhyw ddarpariaeth yn y Rheoliadau hyn;

(b)yn methu â chydymffurfio â hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan reoliad 11 o fewn yr amser a bennir yn yr hysbysiad;

(c)yn cofnodi unrhyw eitem mewn cofnod, neu'n rhoi unrhyw wybodaeth at ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn y mae'n gwybod ei bod yn ffug mewn unrhyw fanylyn penodol neu sydd, at y dibenion hynny, yn gwneud datganiad yn ddi-hid neu'n rhoi gwybodaeth sy'n ffug mewn unrhyw fanylyn penodol; neu

(ch)yn peri neu'n caniatáu unrhyw un o'r uchod,

yn euog o dramgwydd o dan adran 2 o Ddeddf Amaethyddiaeth (Darpariaethau Amrywiol) 1968.

(2) Mewn unrhyw achos yn erbyn perchennog neu geidwad anifeiliaid am fethu â chydymffurfio â rheoliad 3(1) neu 3(2) (fel y'u darllenir ynghyd â rheoliad 3(3)), gall y perchennog neu'r ceidwad, yn ôl fel y digwydd, ddibynnu ar y ffaith eu bod wedi cydymffurfio ag unrhyw argymhelliad perthnasol a gynhwysir mewn cod lles statudol fel pe bai'n tueddu i sefydlu eu bod wedi cydymffurfio â'r rheoliad perthnasol.
