Darpariaethau trosiannol ar gyfer llety

2.—(1) Hyd at 1 Ionawr 2004, ni fydd is-baragraffau (1), (3) a (4) o baragraff 1 yn gymwys mewn perthynas â llety a oedd yn cael ei ddefnyddio cyn 1 Ionawr 1998.

(2) Hyd at 1 Ionawr 2004, yn achos llety y dechreuwyd ei ddefnyddio ar ôl 1 Ionawr 1994 ond cyn 1 Ionawr 1998 —

(a)pan gedwir lloi mewn grwpiau, rhaid i bob llo o 150kg neu fwy o bwysau byw gael o leiaf 1.5 metr sgwâr o ofod llawr dirwystr, a

(b)pan gedwir llo mewn côr neu gorlan unigol, rhaid i'r côr neu'r gorlan gael o leiaf un wal drydyllog sy'n galluogi'r llo i weld anifeiliaid eraill mewn corau a chorlannau cyfagos onid yw wedi'i ynysu am resymau milfeddygol.
